Tobi is an Executive Compensation Analyst who provides technical and analytical support to the consultants in our Executive Compensation practice.

Since joining Lane Caputo, Tobi has used his expertise to help clients in multiple industries through a variety of development stages navigate compensation disclosure requirements as well as the design and implementation of executive and board compensation programs, short-term and long-term incentive plans and compensation risk assessment.

Tobi holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and a Master of Finance from the University of Southampton, where he wrote a dissertation on executive compensation and its linkage to company performance.
