Russell was educated in London, England and began his career in Communications and Advertising, before joining one of the world’s foremost property and casualty insurance groups. He was inspired to open his own financial consultancy firm in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he became the leading authority in his field and was retained by South Africa’s largest multi-national financial group to work with their leading corporate clients.
