John is an Executive Compensation Analyst who provides technical and analytical support to the consultants in our Executive Compensation practice.

John comes from a background of transaction advisory, strategy and private capital investment where he advised founders and executive teams on Merger & Acquisition mandates, value creation and equity & debt financing. He brings a unique perspective to the team having spent over three years focussing on the technology industry and a knowledge base of various industry verticals, including energy and fintech.

John is a graduate of the University of Alberta, where he earned a degree in Finance
